  • Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to these Terms of Use, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version at www.eclabnote.com. Konsult Wallner AB may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Use and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
• ecLabNote Accounts
  • In order to access features of the Website, you will have to obtain your own account. You may never use another’s account. When creating your account, the group administrator is responsible that your information is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify ecLabNote and your group administrator immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • ecLabNote will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.
• Access to public or non-public reagents
  • As an account holder at ecLabNote you may enter and have access to compound data available to your group and possibly to all other ecLabNote account holders.
  • You shall be solely responsible for your own compound data and the consequences of posting or publishing it via the website.
  • ecLabNote reserves the right to remove compound data without prior notice. You understand that when using the Website, you will be exposed to compound data from a variety of sources, and that Konsult Wallner AB is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, or safety relating to such data, although errors will be corrected at will when found. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to compound data that is inaccurate or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Konsult Wallner AB with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold ecLabNote, its Owners/Operators, affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the site.
